Watercolor is a great medium to work in but when it comes to taking this paint on the go, sometimes it can become a hassle to transport water while you are traveling with your paints. Water brushes are a great invention for those artists who enjoy taking their paints with them for their vacations, to and from an art class and other places that require you to leave your studio. Water brushes hold water in the handle so that you have water available to you when using watercolor paints. When you gently squeeze the handle, the water slowly dispenses from the brush tip allowing you to move the paint onto your surface. Check out the demo below to see this water brush in action!

The brand of brush I am using in the above demo is a Kuretake Fude water brush pen, medium size tip, but there are many other fantastic brands on the market that artists have given high reviews on.
